Terms and Conditions
1. Offer Identity and Eligibility: Kohler Assured Cashback Program
• This Assured Cashback Program (Offer) is offered by Kohler India Corporation Private Limited ("the Company"), registered at:26 A, Ring Road,, Lajpat Nagar- IV,, New Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi, India, 110024, with CIN: U31101DL1999PTC330570, and GSTN 07AABCK2145E1ZZ.
• Eligible products: 
"This Offer is applicable only on the purchase of the following models (Eligible Products) of One-Piece Toilet Only: Vive One Piece Toilet 

2. Eligibility criteria for claimant: The Offer is exclusively available to individual plumbers who are engaged or registered with the Company, aged Eighteen (18) years or above, citizens of India with a valid UPI-linked bank account, and who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts as stipulated under the Indian Contract Act 1872.

3. Offer Period and Validity: The offer is valid from 10th May 2026 to 7th August 2026 and applies only to eligible products purchased and invoiced during this time. The QR Code must be scanned during the validity period, after that, the Coupon Code will expire. 

4. Cashback Amount and Nature
• Assured Cashback granted under the Offer shall be Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty (?250) on purchase of Eligible Products. In case a back-to-wall installation image is provided, an additional assured cashback of Indian Rupees Fifty (? 50) will be provided on eligible products.
• The Offer is a post-purchase monetary credit transferred via UPI to the purchaser’s registered bank account. It’s not a price reduction, discount, or rebate on the invoice. The Cashback Coupon is non-transferable and can’t be combined with other offers or promotions. It can only be redeemed for cash via the specified UPI transfer, as per NPCI guidelines.

5. Redemption Process — UPI and QR Scan Specific
• Step-by-step instructions for redemption of the offer:
a. Purchase an Eligible Product from an Authorized dealer/retailer of the Company (as per the List on the Website of Kohler).
b. Scratch the coupon to reveal the Unique code 
c. Scan QR Code which will lead to a WhatsApp Number
d. Accept the Terms and Conditions (Yes or No)
e. If Yes, Enter Name, Mobile Number.
f. Enter OTP received on mobile number
g. Enter Unique Code from Scratch Voucher Sticker
h. Win Rs. 250 assured cashback on successful verification of Unique Code
i. Upload Back to Wall Installation Image to win additional Rs. 50
j. Purchaser will receive a confirmation Message
k. Cashback will be credited to the UPI-linked bank account within 24-48 hours of successful verification.
• The Company won’t be responsible for unsuccessful UPI transactions due to incorrect mobile numbers, inaccurate mapping, network issues, bank errors, disabled UPI IDs, transaction limits, or other non-Company-related reasons. Consumers must verify details before submission.

6. Authenticity, Unique Code Usage, and Anti-Fraud
Each code is unique and for one-time use only. The Company can decide to withhold cashback if it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the scheme, which shall be final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability
• The Company’s liability under this scheme is limited to paying the specified cashback amount to eligible claimants on purchases of Eligible Products. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, delays in cashback credit due to banking/NPCI systems or UPI app malfunctions, loss of coupons or QR codes after purchase, technical errors on third-party UPI platforms, or actions/inactions of authorised dealers, distributors, or retailers. 

• The Offer is void where prohibited by law. Specifically, certain states may have restrictions on promotional schemes - the Company reserves the right to exclude such jurisdictions.

8. Company's Right to Modify or Withdraw
• The Company can change the terms, extend or end the scheme, and exclude participants at its discretion. Updates will be posted on www.kohlercashback.com. Continuing to participate after the change means you agree to the new terms.
• Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable if performance under this scheme is prevented or delayed by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government orders/directions, civil unrest, pandemic, or failure of digital infrastructure.

9. GST and Tax Disclaimer
Cashback disbursed is subject to applicable direct and indirect tax laws of India.
10. Data Privacy
The Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited is the service partner, who will conduct and manage the Offer, including the collection, processing, and storing the following personal data: name, mobile number, Unique Code, and images uploaded by the Purchaser. All personal data shall be deleted immediately after the Offer period is over and will not be shared with the Company at any stage of the Offer.

11. Grievance Redressal
Cashback disputes/queries must be raised within 30 days from the expiry of 48 hours of the claim registration at feedback@bigcity.in. Claims raised beyond this period or after the offer period will not be entertained.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This scheme and all T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Miscellaneous
• Employees, authorized dealers, distributors, printing vendors, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation in this scheme.
• The company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the redemption platform and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
• The physical coupon’s terms and conditions are abbreviated, and the full terms are available on the company’s website, which takes precedence in case of a conflict.
• The scheme is not a contract of insurance, lottery, or prize chit, as the cashback is fixed and tied to a confirmed product purchase.
